My background blends strength training, mobility, and movement mechanics with a deep focus on teaching. I’ve spent years building systems that are clean, intentional, and premium — from my coaching check-ins to my intake process to the way I teach movement. My goal is to make fitness simple, sustainable, and effective for real people with real lives.
